Why the Challenger 601 Fits Orlando
The 4,000-nautical-mile range changes the routing options considerably for Orlando departures. From KMCO, the Challenger 601 reaches London, major Caribbean destinations, and most of South America’s business cities without a fuel stop. That puts it in a different conversation than the narrower-range wide-body jets.
OCCC convention groups and corporate delegations that need to move fifteen to nineteen people at once benefit from the Challenger 601’s combination of capacity and range. For international arrivals into KMCO or departures to Europe, the aircraft handles the leg without requiring an airliner-size solution.
KORL is still the preferred base for domestic trips. The wide-body cabin and nineteen-seat capacity are sometimes more than a domestic group needs, but for teams with equipment or luggage requirements, the extra volume works in the aircraft’s favor.
