Orlando Sweet 16, Quinceañera & Bar/Bat Mitzvah Private Jet Charter

Orlando Jet Charter arranges flights for Sweet 16 parties, quinceañeras, and bar and bat mitzvahs, whether the family is flying out of Orlando to celebrate somewhere else or bringing relatives into Central Florida for the occasion. Congratulations to the whole family. These celebrations bring relatives together from several cities, and we can arrange the flights that get everyone there.

Bringing relatives to Central Florida

Relatives often come from several places at once: grandparents from the Northeast, cousins from the Midwest, and family from Latin America or the Caribbean. We can arrange a separate flight for each group, timed so that everyone arrives the day before the party. If anyone is flying in from abroad, tell us where they are starting from, and the operator will plan where that flight clears customs.

Some families turn the weekend into a few days at Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando. Tell us where everyone is staying, and we will suggest the airport that suits it.

Grandparents, toddlers and everyone in between

If a grandparent uses a wheelchair or a walker, or needs help on the aircraft steps, tell us at the start, and we will confirm what the specific aircraft and crew can accommodate. Car seats and strollers can come along as well. List them with the passengers, so the aircraft is sized for everything.

Choosing the right size of aircraft

Give us a realistic headcount, children included, because the number of passengers decides which aircraft we look at. A small family group fits comfortably on a light or midsize jet. A bigger party may travel on a heavy jet or be split across two aircraft, and a very large guest list calls for an airliner-size aircraft. Your advisor will price the options side by side.

Catering for the flight

If anyone in the party keeps kosher or has food allergies, tell us when you ask for a quote, and we will confirm what the operator can arrange. The same goes for a birthday cake on board. To get an idea of the cabin sizes, take a look at the aircraft we arrange.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Orlando-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Most private trips to Orlando use Orlando Executive, about three miles east of downtown, while Orlando International takes the airliner-size aircraft that larger groups need. Kissimmee Gateway is the closest jet airport to Walt Disney World and Celebration, and Orlando Sanford International serves the north side. Orlando Executive, Orlando International and Sanford have US Customs for private flights; Kissimmee does not. The airspace over Walt Disney World is restricted, so a Disney trip lands at an Orlando airport and finishes by car. From June to September, afternoon thunderstorms build most days, and hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th. The holidays, spring break in March and the big convention weeks book up first, so tell us your dates early.
