Orlando Jet Charter arranges private flights for bachelor and bachelorette trips out of Orlando, whether the group is heading to Las Vegas, Miami, New York, the Bahamas or somewhere else you have in mind. We also arrange flights for groups coming into Orlando to celebrate.
Your group and your schedule
When you fly privately, you set the schedule. You choose the passengers who will fly along with you, and customize what amenities and catering are on board. Everyone boards the same aircraft at the same time, so the whole group starts the weekend together. Tell us what you would like served on the flight, and we will arrange the catering with the operator.
Where the group is going
Most of these trips stay on the East Coast or head south. Nassau is about 300 nautical miles from Orlando Executive and New York is about 820, and a light jet covers both. Cancun is about 540 nautical miles away. Las Vegas is about 1,770 nautical miles from Orlando, so your advisor will talk you through whether to fly there nonstop in a larger jet or stop for fuel on the way.
Headcount and luggage
Give us the number of people you expect to travel, and let us know as soon as it changes. A group that grows from eight to twelve after booking may no longer fit the aircraft that was quoted, and the search may have to start from scratch. Weekend bags, golf clubs and outfits for every night take up more room than people expect, and on a smaller jet, luggage space can rule out an aircraft, even if it has enough seats. Every trip is subject to scheduling and aircraft availability, so the earlier we have your dates, the more options we can show you. For a bigger party, our heavy jets page shows the larger cabins.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
Orlando-Specific Patterns We Plan Around
Most private trips to Orlando use Orlando Executive, about three miles east of downtown, while Orlando International takes the airliner-size aircraft that larger groups need. Kissimmee Gateway is the closest jet airport to Walt Disney World and Celebration, and Orlando Sanford International serves the north side. Orlando Executive, Orlando International and Sanford have US Customs for private flights; Kissimmee does not. The airspace over Walt Disney World is restricted, so a Disney trip lands at an Orlando airport and finishes by car. From June to September, afternoon thunderstorms build most days, and hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th. The holidays, spring break in March and the big convention weeks book up first, so tell us your dates early.
