Turboprops are a practical choice out of Orlando for flights around Florida and the Southeast, carrying a small group and their bags at a sensible hourly cost.
The Beechcraft Denali is a turboprop. It seats 6 to 9 with a published range of 1,600 nautical miles and a cruise speed of 285 knots. The aircraft has a service ceiling of 31,000 feet, 48 cubic feet of baggage volume and a lavatory.
The Denali is still in development, and the figures on this page are Textron’s published targets rather than certified numbers. It is not yet available for charter, and your advisor can suggest a turboprop that is.
Until the Denali is certified, Orlando clients who want a turboprop for trips around Florida and the Southeast can choose from aircraft flying today, such as the single-engine Pilatus PC-12 or the twin-engine King Air 350, and your advisor will compare the cabin and the cost for the trip.

Flying from Orlando
From June to September, afternoon thunderstorms build over Central Florida most days, so morning departures tend to run closest to plan.
Smaller aircraft usually fly from Orlando Executive or Kissimmee Gateway, the closest jet airport to Walt Disney World and Celebration, and the operator confirms the airport at each end on your quote. Runway needs are calculated by the operator for that day’s conditions, and we confirm them with the operator ahead of the trip.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
Charter Availability
The Beechcraft Denali is not on the charter market yet, which is why this page has no hourly rate. Textron Aviation expects to finish flight testing in October 2026 and to bring the aircraft into service in 2027, and once charter operators add it to their fleets, we will be able to quote it and will add pricing here. Until then, your advisor can suggest a turboprop that is flying today, such as the Pilatus PC-12 or the King Air 350.
