The G600 is the aircraft to price against a Global 6500 on almost any Orlando intercontinental trip. Both reach 6,600 nautical miles, both carry a similar group, and the decision usually comes down to which specific aircraft and interior are actually available on the date.
Cabin altitude on this generation is lower than on the G550 it effectively replaces, and the oval windows are larger and more numerous. For a client arriving into Europe or the Middle East expecting to work, that is what the money buys. Orlando’s convention and corporate travel calendar generates a steady demand for that specification.
It is newer than the G550, so the Florida charter fleet is smaller. For guaranteed availability on a hard date, a G550 remains the more findable aircraft.
